Once you get there, drag the package from your Inventory and drop it on the icon of the recipient. You'll be rewarded with Power or Cash.
Rob peopleThere are several opportunities around town to rob people and get Cash. If you go to the 24/7 Bank, you'll sometimes find granny withdrawing money from the ATM machine. Click on granny, and you'll be asked if you want to rob her. There's no guarantee you'll succeed, so keep trying!

Be patient, because it requires quit some practice to succeed. After several attempts, you'll notice it's easier to control your nerves. Once you break into the car, you see a bunch of wires. Hot-wire the car and see if your wiring is successful. The more you try, the easier it gets - don't give up!
